Supervised visitation

Visitation between non-custodial parent and child(ren) in which a supervisor is within direct eyeshot and earshot for the entire visit. The visitation supervisor writes an observational report based on the events of the visit. 

Monitored visitation

Visitation between non-custodial parent and child(ren) in which a visitation supervisor drops in unannounced to monitor a portion of the visit. The visitation supervisor will speak with the parent and child(ren) separately to make sure everything is going well. The visitation supervisor writes a narrative report based on his or her conversation with parent and child(ren) as well as anything observed during this time. 

Monitored Exchanges

A visitation supervisor will be present for the drop off and pick up of the child(ren) for each visit. An chronological, observational report is written based on the events during the exchanges.

CIVIL STANDBY

A professional will supervise the exchange and/or pick up of property from a residence or business. The event is documented via video recording and/or report writing. 

REPORT WRITING

Reports for Supervised and Monitored Visitation and Monitored Exchanges are written and sent to the necessary parties within one business day of the visit/exchange. This ensures accurate and detailed information in an efficient manner.
